During a pandemic and a tough year for all retail businesses, Black Friday of 2020 was a very different and tough season for brands and consumers.

According to our insider data and analysis, more than 60% of the sales are generated for the retail industry, followed by 30% in the fashion industry. Against all odds, the attraction and the popularity of the preferred brands and merchandise hadn’t been affected much by Covid-19, as many speculated.

Based on last year’s analysis, people started searching for the Black Friday sales 4 weeks in advance, this year the consumers started to search 10 weeks in advance.
