Brief About The Role:

As part of the technical team, you will handle technical integration with the partners, logging and reporting requirements for other departments, troubleshooting and support related to internal and external stakeholders

AdFalcon, an ArabyAds Company, is the first mobile advertising network in the Middle East aimed at providing a specialized mobile advertising experience to advertisers, publishers, developers and mobile users across the region. AdFalcon's state of the art technology, intelligent targeting mechanism and diversified mobile ads aim to assist our partners in maximizing their campaigns return on investment (ROI) and to deliver satisfying results for their brands and businesses.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle the technical support tickets related to Publishers, Ad Network Partners, Advertisers, etc.;
  • Handle technical integration with AdFalcon’s partners;
  • Create adhoc reports from SQL DB and logs for other departments;
  • Perform analysis and troubleshooting related to Campaigns, Publishers, partners;
  • Perform testing on various mobile platforms to validate Advertisers’ and Publisher’s integration of various offerings and services;
  • Develop and operate various tools needed for service operation when needed;

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field; 
  • 4+ Years in as Support Engineer;
  • Fluency in English & Arabic;
  • Strong SQL experience;
  • Python, Java, Javascript or C# are a plus; 
  • Knowledge in Hadoop, Spark or Scala is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills;
