Yajny, one of the biggest cash back platforms in the MENA region was founded in April 2020. Yajny helps its users save money by giving them cash back on every single transaction initiated through its platform.

Users can browse different stores from different industries on Yajny and get up to 34% cash back while shopping on websites such as Amazon, Noon, AliExpress, Jumia, H&M, GAP, Adobe, American Eagle, Bath & Body Works among another 200 stores that have partnered up with Yajny.

After the transactions are confirmed by the stores, Yajny gives its users the option to withdraw their cash back through different channels such as bank transfer, digital wallets, telecommunication operators or financial retail outlets.

Globally the online cash back industry is estimated to be around $84 billion conservatively. Quidco, the leading cash back platform in the UK generated more than $1.22 billion in revenue, representing 1% of UK online e-commerce. Ebates (now Rakuten), the leading cash back platform in the US generated just over $2.2 billion in revenue back in 2013.

With the e-commerce industry booming in the MENA region (33% increase year-over-year), this can only mean good news for the cash back industry as it grows with the significant growth of e-commerce

Job Responsibilities:
-Own the style guide.
-Responsible for all front end, mobile and back-end UX and UI.
-Collaborate with product management and tech team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
-Create prototypes, wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
-Develop and lead the Design team.
-Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards
-Maintaining company branding so it remains consistent and is used properly by external parties or remote groups, working closely with our Marketing and Communications Team
-Maintaining and enhancing websites by adding and improving the design and interactive features

Job Requirements
-Comfortable in a startup environment.
-You understand how to work with tech team to get what you need.
-Work the fine line between beautiful and easy to understand.
-Know how to elicit and examine feedback and analytics.
-Must have 3+ years’ experience in UI/UX function
-Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemap
-Should have worked on creating and refining web apps, mobile application screens, and websites
-Excellent knowledge of common industry applications (i.e., Adobe CS4 suite (PC), especially Photoshop, InDesign, XD and Illustrator
