About the job

  • Responsible for coordinating and facilitating the entire recruiting process.
  • Coordinate with the Hiring Managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure successful talent acquisition and on-boarding
  • Develops and implements sourcing strategies
  • Develops and maintains a high volume of referrals and a strong candidate pipeline
  • Maintain adequate and positive communication with applicants and provide a positive experience for every single applicant.
  • Develops and implements different selection strategies to ensure the compatibility of the applicants with the position
  • Continuously qualified candidates and works to drive offer acceptance
  • Leads the candidate through the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
  • Help in training hiring managers on interviewing skills
  • Effectively builds rapport with applicants and other internal team members

Job Specifications:

-3-5 years of experience in similar role, preferably in tech / advertising / software environment 

-Previous experience with GCC and global hiring is a great plus 

-efficiency and solid relationships building skills 

-Reliability and Target driven
