Job Description:

-Coordinate with HR dedicated team for smooth on-boarding and ensure required logistics arrangements are made before Arabyads new joiners are on-boarded

-Operations: Salary Letters ,Bank, Vacation tracking

-Arrange business travel accommodations and process expense (Hotel, flight tickets, visa issuing)

-Pre -Joining: Offer/Contract Negotiation.

-Onboard Employee, providing access and Equipment .

-Prepare new employee files, ensuring they contain all relevant and required forms .

-Communicate with social insurance for adding's/exclusions.

-Medical insurance administration

Skills and Requirements of the position

    1. Experience : 3-4 years of experience in HR and Admin
    2. Experience of working within an international environment
    3. Excellent English "speaking and writing"
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
    5. Effective time management and prioritization skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure
    6. Excellent knowledge of local laws and HR policies
    7. Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
    8. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
