Dmenta, an ArabyAds company, is one of the leading influencer creative agency focused companies in the MENA region. While you usually find agencies that provide influencers with management services that handle communication between brands and influencers. Dmenta was founded as a digital creative hub to offer services to influencers and advertisers side by side. Our services target and promote different types of influencers with what fits them and brands.
To accompany its fast growth, Dmenta is looking to strengthen its senior team with a new Head of Operations.


Overall mission
At Dmenta, Head of Operations mission is to plan, design, execute, and manage all influencers marketing-related strategies and services across all brands.


Responsibilities/Duties
● Pre-Sales
o Support Sales to build up the proposals
o Dealing & Negotiating with vendors
o Media Plans
o Help with the creative concepts
● Post-Sales
o Campaign Management
o Influencer Management
o Coordinating with production houses
o Handle all stakeholders internally & externally
o Cost control
o Reporting
● Other
o Building & Improving processes
o Handling the team under you
o Other responsibilities as & when needed to fulfill any campaign requirements


Candidate’s Key Attributes
● Skills
o Digital Media experience
o Managed a diversified team cross functions
o Proven record of successful campaign management
o Experience in managing Advertisers & Influencers

o Familiar with Production houses
o The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
o Excellent management and organization skills
o In depth knowledge of influencers industry

● Education
o Bachelor Degree in Marketing or Similar field
o Fluent in English & Arabic
● Experience
o Proven experience in Campaign Management, Operations, Influencers Management
o 5 years of experience
