Job Description :- 

  • We are looking for a senior designer to join our marketing team. S/he will be responsible for both online and offline design collaterals and position ArabyAds’ brand at a global level.
  • As a senior designer, your major goal would be to own the user experience across ArabyAds’ presence across the web, while also understanding the creative briefs given by various teams to bring them to life
  • You will be asked to supply insights founded in robust UI/UX best practices, digital design subject matter expertise, and wireframing and prototyping executional capabilities
  • Your day would involve collaborating both within the team and cross-functionally across the organization for a broad variety of marketing initiatives
  • You will also be involved in understanding which creatives worked the best for campaigns so that these successes can be replicated in future initiatives
  • This is a high growth role where the candidate will own how ArabyAds is represented visually across the globe and will also be responsible for setting the company’s design guidelines.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Design intuitive experiences across responsive web platforms, delivering easy to follow wireframes, workflows, and prototypes
  • Ensuring UI/UX consistency across the landing pages and website pages while making them responsive and also building reusable components
  • Work with the performance marketing team to develop testing and optimization plans to further improve designs
  • Setting up new processes to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of collaterals from the creative team
  • Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand and proposition strategy
  • Help your team create and conceptualize Ad creatives considering campaign goals for social media and campaigns across different channels like - Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc. 
  • Conceptualize & create all (online+offline) marketing collaterals like company presentations, product portfolios, case studies, whitepapers, standees, backdrop banners, booklets, etc.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 6+ years of graphic design experience and well versed with tools like Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator. Using Mockup tools like Sketch, Figma and Invision for landing page wireframes.
  • Creative with an attention to detail. Needs to understand the context of where the designs will be used. Needs to have a deep understanding of visual design standards, typography, iconography, illustration and colors. 
  • Should have an understanding of UI & UX or should have created conversion optimized landing pages.
  • A track record of shipping great design, and an understanding of what details matters at each stage of the sales cycle (Discovery, Awareness, Consideration, Purchase).
  • Past experience in working with an agency or a B2B brand is a plus.
  • Committed to deadlines and must be able to handle performance under pressure 
  • Should be a team player 
  • Must have a good knowledge of available technology, user interactions, current industry trends, and design best practices.
